Herman and Kim Parker- Herman started his journey in the taxidermy business in 1990. At the time he was a Police Officer with the City of Monroe. In April of 2008 he retired from a career in Law Enforcement but continued to pursue his love for the taxidermy business. He has competed for many years winning numerous awards as well as serving as an officer with the North Carolina Taxidermy Assoc. He loves the challenge of customized specialty pieces. He has been married to his lovely wife Kim for 40 years and they have 3 children and 3 grandchildren.
